We are so happy to offer these beautiful pieces as pre-orders since mostly they are not available anywhere else. The best news is that we will create the piece right here at Shop Vessot. The making will take about 4 to 8 weeks and it’s crafted just for you. Follow the information at selection and checkout, and we can go from there. We will update you with progress as it’s being made so you know exactly when to expect it. It’s like buying it ready-made, but the anticipation and excitement builds a little this way, so remember to plan ahead!

 

Estimated delivery

We ship to Canada and USA, with free shipping in Canada. Shipping transit time for most orders should take 3-5 business days (if the order is placed before 3PM Eastern Time). International shipments may be subject to additional customs clearance, which may delay delivery.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll email you shipping confirmation that includes order-tracking information shortly after you check out. You'll be kept informed of the transportation process at every step should you choose to select the tracking updates.

 

30-day return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on every item to ensure that you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase.

 

What is the Return Policy?

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. All items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they were shipped. We would like to know why though! Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition and include all product documentation. Please send an email so we know to expect it.  All return shipping charges must be prepaid, as we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS for your return. Ship the package to the address indicated on the packing slip or:

USA customer repairs or damages please ship to USA.

Canadian repairs or damages, please ship to Canada.

 

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products.  In staying true to our high standards of customer satisfaction, we offer a 6-month Warranty to protect against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss, or theft. Please don’t wear your fine jewelry to the gym (but some of us do anyway)!
